Biggest Loser Week Two, How Are They Doing?

Michelle Lowery likes going to different classes and working out with different trainers. She learns different things from them. She said her thighs were burning and she was able to ask a trainer how to deal with that soreness. “I like actually having somebody know how to help you with whatever’s going on, that actually knows what they’re doing,” Lowery said.

Lowery is also feeling other benefits such as handling stress better, staying motivated, despite the pain with a friend’s help, and helping others stay motivated with her.

Donna Woodford said she’s finding it difficult, the trainers really work you. Her goal is to come three to four times a week and she’s not giving up even if she doesn’t always hit her goal.

Angela Kyle is finding the process slow, with her busy schedule and fitting the workouts in. Lowery is helping her stay motivated, they text each other to ask if they’re going for walks or working out.

The biggest thing Kyle has noticed is her water intake. “I hate drinking water and I actually started drinking water,” she said. “I was actually feeling fewer migraines.” She said she’s waking up feeling more refreshed but. hasn’t quite given up coffee yet.
