The Clark College Student Ambassador Program has opened up applications for all positions until May 16.
According to Clark’s website, Student Ambassadors are representatives of the college both on and off campus. They assist at community events, give campus tours and assist visitors at the Welcome Center.
Applicants must be at least 18, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Current Student Ambassador Melia Stewart said she plans to reapply because she loves the variety of tasks the job entails.
“I didn’t know how much Clark had to offer until I got involved with Student Ambassadors,” Stewart said.
Ambassadors are paid $11.60 per hour and can work 6-17 hours per week. Those interested in applying can pick up an application at the Welcome Center in GHL 127.
