The Clark men’s basketball team will host Clackamas Community College on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in OSC.
The first-placed Penguins (12-2) are not underestimating the third-placed Clackamas Cougars (10-4).
“They’re a smart, well-coached team,” said assistant coach Rob Harris. “We need to be mindful in our approach.”
The Penguins handily defeated Linn-Benton Community College 91-72 on Saturday afternoon. Four out of Clark’s five starting players scored in the double-digits. Guard Micah Paulson scored 17 points, while forward Devon Hawkins scored 11.
“Everyone did their jobs today,” said head coach Alex Kirk. “When we do our jobs, we get results.”
