Two level three sex offenders are attending classes at Clark this quarter. According to the Clark County Sheriff’s website, level three sex offenders are considered the most dangerous and most likely to reoffend.
James Kelly, 31, was convicted in Clark County of first-degree rape of a child and first-degree child molestation in 1997. He was also convicted for failing to register as a sex offender twice in 2005 and once in 2008.
Michael Muldoon, 44, was convicted twice of first-degree rape, once of third-degree rape, once of second-degree sexual abuse, once of third-degree sodomy and twice of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor between 1986 and 1991. In each case the victims were female minors.
