Clark College Strike: Instructors Brave the Weather to March for Equal Pay

A large portion of Clark College instructors are picketing today after months of negations failed to yield an acceptable contract.

According to the Association for Higher Education press release on Jan. 12, salary negotiations have been going on for 15 months and the college’s offer still does not meet instructors’ demands.

Early Monday morning, on the first day they strike for equal pay, Clark Faculty march the perimeter of the college despite the cold and wet weather. (Cat Duque/The Indy)
