Clark College Board of Trustees receives request to reconsider non-discrimination complaints

Following a records request submitted by the Indy, Vice President of Administrative Services Bob Williamson responded in an email saying that the Board of Trustees has decided to withhold the report from the Sept. 3 meeting. During this meeting they voted that Clark had violated its non-discrimination policy against one of the four complaints made against them.

“The Clark College Board of Trustees have received requests for reconsideration regarding the Board’s decision on the complaints of violations of the College’s non‐discrimination and harassment policy,” Williamson said in the email.

The Indy attempted to reach out to Bob Williamson for further information but received no response. It is not yet clear who made the request. The college is expected to respond by November 15.

A continuation of this story will be available in our print issue when the report is released.
