ASCC hosted its quarterly movie night with a showing of “Inside Out” and “Guardians of the Galaxy” on Feb. 4 in the Gaiser Student Center. The event started at 4 p.m. and included free pizza, popcorn, water and soda.
Since obtaining office, ASCC Social Event Coordinator Chloe Casey has held a movie night every quarter, and plans to continue doing so. She said there were around 200 attendees for the screenings in the Fall, and guessed that this would hold a similar turnout.
Casey said she tried to choose newer, family-friendly movies so that parents could bring their children. “I know it can be hard to participate with kids,” she said.
Nothing says family night like a movie and popcorn.
