ASCC is hosting Welcome Week activities to help students adjust to the beginning of Spring quarter.
Every day this week, ASCC members will be handing out free pens, planners, coffee mugs and other supplies to students whose financial aid hasn’t been applied yet, according to Family Events Coordinator Courtney Braddock.
The week will include the following events:
-Tuesday: Disney Movie Trivia and Free Pizza, 3-4:30 p.m. in the Gaiser Student Center
-Wednesday: Cookie Decorating, 11 a.m.-noon in the Gaiser Student Center
-Wednesday: Bingo, noon-1 p.m. in the Gaiser Student Center
-Thursday: Root Beer Floats, 1-2:30 p.m. in PUB 161
Free coffee, hot cocoa and oatmeal will be offered Monday through Thursday at 8:15-10:30 a.m. and Friday at 10 a.m.-noon in PUB 160.
Educational Events Coordinator Katarina Kubiniec said that Welcome Week is “a good way for students to meet their student life officers.”
