Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt is giving the state of the city address, titled, “Our Vision, Our Legacy, Our Vancouver,” on March 12.
The address will take place at the Fort Vancouver High School Auditorium located at 5700 East 18th St. from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and is free to the public.
The annual event addresses the Vancouver’s achievements and celebrates the growth of the city adjusting to the new economy, according to the city’s website. Leavitt will share his vision and focus for the future of the city.
The city will collect donations at the event for the Clark County Skills Center Foundation, Leavitt’s designated charity.
